Need help with the Jovendo seller / ambassador mobile app? Here is how to reach us and answers to common questions.

Include the phone number you use to sign in (international format, e.g. +237…) and describe your issue. We usually reply within 2–5 business days.
2. Frequently asked questions
- Sign-in / account — Use the phone number and password you chose at registration. Forgot password: use reset from the sign-in screen (security question).
- Tracking links & sharing — Open a product in Products, generate your link, then share on WhatsApp or other apps. Clicks and orders appear in the app.
- Commissions & wallet — Commissions appear after orders are validated per platform rules. Check Wallet for balance and history.
- Withdrawals — Request a payout from the wallet to a mobile-money number. The payout number is usually the one registered at sign-up.
- Notifications — Enable notifications in device settings and accept the prompt on first launch (orders, commissions, reminders).
- Delete account — In the app: Profile → Delete account. See also the dedicated page below.

To list your products on Jovendo, use the form on jovendo.link or email contact@jovendo.link with subject Jovendo partnership.
