Delete your Jovendo seller account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Jovendo seller / ambassador account and associated personal data, in line with Google Play and similar store requirements.
How to request account deletion
1. From the mobile app (recommended)
- Install and open the Jovendo Seller app and sign in with your seller phone number and password.
- Open the Profile tab (last icon in the bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
- Read the warning, then confirm. Your session will end and you will not be able to sign in again with that account.
You must complete deletion while logged in; there is no separate public login form on this page.
2. By email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to contact@jovendo.link with:
- Subject: Jovendo seller account deletion request
- Body: the phone number registered on your seller account (with country code, e.g. +237…), and your display name if you remember it.
We will verify ownership and process the request within a reasonable time. You may receive a short confirmation when deletion is completed.
What is typically deleted or anonymised
- Your login credentials and security-question data for that account.
- Your seller profile (display name, optional email) and in-app preferences.
- Access to your seller dashboard, tracking links, wallet view, and history in the app.
What may be retained
Some information may be kept in anonymised or aggregated form, or retained when the law requires it, for example:
- Accounting, tax, or anti-fraud records linked to past orders or payouts.
- Technical logs needed for security or dispute resolution, for a limited period.
