How Jovendo works
Jovendo connects you to a product catalog. You promote items using personal tracking links. When a customer buys after using your link, the platform attributes the sale to you and records the commission you have earned, according to the rules in force on the platform.
Tracking links and attribution
- From Products, open a product and generate or copy your link. Share it on social media, messaging, or your own channels.
- Attribution depends on the technical rules configured on the platform (for example: last link clicked before checkout, validity window, exclusions for certain products or campaigns). The figures shown in the app are based on the data recorded by Jovendo.
- Commissions are generally calculated on the product subtotal (amount before tax/shipping as defined in the back office). Delivery fees and certain fees or discounts may be excluded unless a specific campaign says otherwise.
- Cancelled orders, refunds, or fraud checks can adjust or cancel a pending commission. Confirmed amounts in your wallet reflect validated operations.
What you see in the app
- Home — Summary of clicks, orders, pending commissions, and earnings so you can monitor performance at a glance.
- Products — Browse the catalog, see prices and descriptions, and create or retrieve your tracking links.
- Activity — Your links and recent orders linked to your account.
- Wallet — Available balance, credit and debit movements, and tools to request withdrawals when you are eligible.
- Profile — Your public display name, notification preferences, language, and legal information.
Withdrawals and phone number
The phone number you register with is used as the default destination for commission payouts (for example mobile-money transfers where supported). It must be a number your operator accepts for incoming transfers. This number is fixed at registration for security and anti-fraud reasons; choose it carefully.
Processing times, minimum amounts, fees, and supported countries or operators depend on Jovendo’s configuration and third-party payment partners. Details may appear in the app or on jovendo.link when available.
Good practices
- Promote products honestly: do not mislead customers about price, availability, or what they will receive.
- Do not generate artificial traffic, fake orders, or self-dealing intended to inflate commissions.
- Respect intellectual property and the brand guidelines of Jovendo and partner merchants when you create content.
